SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS/WORKSHOPS

If you're serious about saving money, then one of your best strategies is getting organized. If you want to get on the fast track to save time and money at the office, host a Lunch & Learn, a half- or full-day workshop. Our workshops will have an instant impact on your business. PAPER MANAGEMENT

Let's face it: the paperless office is a myth so it's vital you set up paper systems that support your needs. Working with you a Professional Organizer you will once again see your desk having a paper management system in place, as well as a better understanding of what paper to keep and what to toss.

We are professionally trained in the FreedomFiler® filing system and continually search for tools that make paper filing and retrieval easier.

TIME MANAGEMENT

How many times have you said "I didn't get anything done today"? To increase your results you must eliminate the tasks, requests, people and other time stealing activities that don't add value or have a high payoff. With the support of a Professional Organizer, you can create realistic goals and get more of the right tasks done.

EMAIL MANAGEMENT

Email is the greatest single interruption of the modern world and its taking over our workday and now on top of it we have Facebook and Twitter adding to the insanity. No one taught us how to use email, it just came into our work environment and now we spend more than half our day "emailing." By embracing a few simple techniques you can reduce the number of e-mails you send and receive, compose more effective e-mail, and find emails more easily.



Wondering how you can work with us?
We have a few different ways.

PEAK

The Peak Package is for the clients who have large projects they cannot complete and do not want to complete on their own. Perhaps they are overwhelmed or don't have the time to dedicate. We will start with a Productivity Consultation and then schedule 4 hour appointments every week until the project is complete. Call 778.839.5792 to schedule.

MAINTENANCE

The Maintenance Package is for the clients who have projects they will not be able to complete entirely on their own. They need a little boost from a Professional Organizer to stay motivated and on track. We will start with a Productivity Consultation and then schedule 4 hour appointments every other week until the project is complete. Call 778.839.5792 to schedule.

CONSULTANT

The Consultant Package is for the clients who just need a little nudge and at our Productivity Consultation, you get just that. We see what's going on in your space and then recommend the plan, the products and the process to get organized. Consultations range from 2 - 4 hours.

Not located in Vancouver, but still want to get organized? We can meet Over the Phone with clients who are not located in Vancouver, BC. There is no time commitment, and billing is done through Pay Pal. Available for residential only, requires pre-payment. Call 778.839.5792 to schedule.

RESOURCES

There are a lot of do-it-yourselfers out there and we want to help you. We've created several Organizing Products to help you organize any space with a little direction from a Professional Organizer.
